While the full prompt structure might look a bit complex at first glance, using it is actually quite straightforward. You won't need to do any complex "prompt engineering" yourself; it's simply a matter of copying the main framework and then pasting your association's information and the text of the ForesightWorks brief into clearly marked sections. The AI handles the heavy lifting of analysis based on these inputs.

However, it's important to remember that while AI can be a powerful tool for exploring questions, brainstorming potential implications, and generating diverse ideas, the insights it provides are starting points. How to Use the Prompt

You don't need to know anything about prompting AI systems, all you need to do is cut and paste several text elements into a full prompt. Use a separate Word, GDocs, or Notepad file to assemble and edit the prompt elements:

Prompt Construction Instructions

  1. Copy the main prompt framework: Start by copying the entire text (colored blue) provided in the  "Main prompt framework" below.

  2. Add Your association info: In the copied text, find the line ASSOCIATION NAME HERE and replace it with the name or type of your association/industry (e.g., "National Association of Widget Makers" or "Healthcare Professionals").

You can open up a PDF version of your Action Brief, press Control-A to select all, and then Control-C to copy all the text.
